Welcome to my studio. My name is Rachel May and I have been teaching violin and viola in the Austin area for the past 35 years. I teach both traditional and Suzuki methods. My studio address is:

My rates are:
30 min lesson - $40.00
45 min lesson - $55.00
60 min lesson - $67.00
There is a $5.00 discount for siblings
Group classes - $20.00 per class (1 hour) (No discount for siblings for the group classes)
Suzuki Book 1 group classes are on the first and third Saturday afternoons from 4:00 - 5:00.
Suzuki Book 2 & 3 group classes are on the first and third Friday evenings from 6:30 - 7:30.
Suzuki Book 4 & 5 group classes are on the second and fourth Friday evenings from 6:30 - 7:30.
Please feel free to contact me if you are interested - these are in addition to private lessons. You do not need to be my private student to participate in these classes.
